Conditional Use Hearing

The Boggs Township Board of Supervisors will meet at 6:00 pm on Thursday May 21, 2020 at the Boggs Township Municipal Building, 1270 Runville Road, Bellefonte, PA 16823 to hear Fred Schlegal’s request for a Conditional Use in the Rural Heritage Zoning District for a Dog Boarding Kennel on his property at 630 Fairview Road, Howard, PA 16841. Ordinance 134/145 Article 2 Section 2.2.2.1.
